Born at Burnaby (British Columbia) on August 21 1967, the actress is the daughter of Melvyn and Barbara Moss. She has parents named Melvyn Moss, as well as Barbara Moss. Carrie-Anne Moss was her name that was suggested to her by her mother in the wake of Hollies her hit single Carrie Anne which was released in May 1967. The singer was expecting when she was born. Brooke Moss, her elder brother, is her second sibling. The 55-year-old is a senior citizen. Moss has a mixed heritage of English and German She is Canadian.
